For listing clients, all staging consultations are complimentary. You have Dana’s assurance that your property will be “photo ready” as your online listing photos are your buyers’ first impression.

For buyers, Dana offers complimentary services after closing that are tailored to the property being purchased. She will typically provide a degree of service (gratis) to assist in furniture placement, window treatments, wall colors, etc.

Ideas and Options

Once Dana has had a chance to assess your project, she will propose ideas and fee options to consider. Each project is treated individually as every job requires different elements and levels of service. A plan will be created to move your space toward your vision.

Your budget will influence the timing of completion.

Fees vary based on the scope of the project and how much hands-on involvement Dana will have.

For the DIY customer, she is always happy to be available for simple consultations. Her advice can lead to well-informed purchases and decisions.

Interior Redesign

If you’re looking for immediate gratification, Dana offers one-day Room Re-Design, utilizing your furnishings and possessions to their best advantage. Once implemented, she can then recommend what you may want to purchase to enhance the overall end result. This process may require manpower for moving heavy pieces. This can be provided by you or Dana’s crew.
