Dana has been consulting with a fellow designer, Nancy Kilty of Plum Island, for many years regarding her properties on both Plum Island and on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. 

Nancy’s most recent project, Rhumb House, has a very large 6-bedroom 7-bath main house with pool, great lounge, kitchen, several different living, and dining rooms plus a separate 2-bedroom 2 Bathroom guest house located to the east of the main house.

The project was a total renovation of an approximate 10,000 square foot villa that was extremely dated.  As the property was being staged for sale, the goal was an upscale, neutral, and tropical vibe. The project was consulted remotely due to the COVID pandemic.
