Studio Living

Involvement with this project included finding the property and reaching a successful closing. Furnishing a unit of this size (less than 300 sf) was difficult for the clients to envision. The studio had to function as a workable living and sleep space for use when they travel to this area. Applying the appropriate scale of furnishings (including a high quality sleep sofa and a vintage armoire for additional storage), Dana was able to provide a comfortable and spacious-feeling environment for living, dining and sleeping. The result is welcoming and uncluttered.
